This program builds on about half of the core practices from Back to Self — plus adds powerful life design tools inspired by Stanford’s design and business schools. You’ll create a bold, clear vision for your next chapter, all from the comfort of home.

No worries if you haven’t done Back to Self — this course stands strong on its own and welcomes you wherever you are.

What you’ll get

Training is one third cognitive and two thirds experiential.

Each topic is introduced, experienced through guided exercises, and then discussed to help you understand, integrate, and apply what you are learning to daily life.

Meet your guide

Marta Milkowska has over 15 years of experience in behavioral and women’s health . She’s been a trainer, workshop facilitator and a guide leading workshops for top Fortune 500 companies, such as Google Health, GE Health, BCG, numerous health-tech start-ups, world’s top universities, and governments in > 15 countries. Marta was a part of a US government COVID response team in 2020-2021 and co-founded and led two health start-ups, in women’s health and mental health. She holds MBA from Stanford and Behavior Science MPA from Harvard. Marta bridges the best western leadership trainings with science-based trauma informed psychology, somatics and Eastern approaches. She finalized 5 levels of body somatic teacher training, Peter Levine’s Polyvagal training, Hoffman Institute trauma release training, ayurvedic training and yin yoga teacher training.

Marta designed the “Back to Self” program after she experienced a serious burnout, followed by chronic fatigue and spent 3 years healing, researching and studying with world class teachers the science and practices for nervous system and hormonal regulation, holistic medicine, trauma-informed healing and tools high-performers use to track their energy. She designed “Back to Self” to share with others the most effective tools from some of the worlds’ best teachers. ”This is the program I wished I had years ago, when I was running on fumes, and my body said no.
